ATAL S.A. is a nationwide developer with over 30 years of vast experience in the real estate market. We operate in three sectors: residential, office and investment apartments. Our portfolio also includes omni-functional investments which are diversified in terms of functions, but also in terms of meeting the needs of potential users. We are the only developer that dynamically operates in all major agglomerations in Poland: Warsaw, Cracow, Silesian Agglomeration, Wrocław, Lodz, Poznan, Tri-City and Szczecin. In 2019, we expanded our area of activity by making our debut on the German market.

They include commercial space for both sale and lease. ATAL S.A. projects are characterized by high standard of workmanship. The results we have achieved so far confirm our belief that we have chosen the right priorities. We have completed over 50 development projects throughout Poland, selling nearly 30,000 flats with a total area of over 1,7 million sq m. Sales results and projects responding to customer needs place us among the largest developers in the country.
ATAL S.A. is a member of the Polish Association of Developer Companies. It participates in the Financially Reliable Company and Reliable Company programmes under which it received the Golden Certificate.
The company has been honoured with many prestigious titles and awards, including: Forbes Diamond 2019, HOUSEMARKET SILESIA AWARDS 2018 in the category Developer of the Year, Transparent Company of the Year 2017 from the SWIG80 index, Pearl of the Polish Economy and Business Gazelle. At the same time, the President of the Management Board of ATAL S.A., Mr Zbigniew Juroszek, was awarded the title of "Personality of the Construction Industry 2014" by the Builder monthly magazine.
In 2013, ATAL debuted on the WSE bond market Catalyst. Since 2015, ATAL S.A. shares have been listed on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
